✨About Phoenixfyre Coaching ✨
Rosanna L. Hudgins (She/Her/Hers) is the founder of Phoenixfyre Coaching and has been a dedicated advocate and leader in the LGBTQ+ community since moving to Minneapolis in 1985. An Army veteran with a background as a medic and in administration, Rosanna has a wealth of experience across federal, state, county, academic, corporate, and military sectors, particularly in medical, administrative, social service, and community-focused roles.
Rosanna’s impactful career includes serving as the Statewide Program Coordinator for the Same-Sex Domestic Violence Program at the Gay and Lesbian Community Action Council (GLCAC), now known as OUTFRONT. She also worked as the Statewide Community of Color Program Coordinator for the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA) and facilitated peer support groups at Chrysalis, A Center for Women. As Executive Director of a domestic violence shelter in Atlanta, GA, she further demonstrated her commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.
Her leadership roles extend to serving on the Lesbian Advisory Council and the VAWA Board for the Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women, as well as numerous other boards and community councils. She holds degrees and graduate-level studies in Biological and Social Sciences, Social Work/Psychology, Health and Human Services Administration, and Life/Health Coaching.
Rosanna’s passion lies in uplifting BIPOC and LGBTQI+ communities. Through her work and her love of music, she strives to create joy and foster positive energy for all.
